Meccaniche Veloci presents a unique timepiece from the QuattroValvole collection, the fruit of a collaboration with Nardi, the prestigious Italian firm that makes traditionally-crafted steering wheels. The result is QuattroValvole Nardi Edition, a limited-edition collection of 50 timepieces.
QUATTROVALVOLE Nardi Edition is inspired by the distinctive shape of engine pistons. The watch is driven by the brand's own movement, the calibre MV8802 An entirely Swiss Made mechanical self-winding movement, allowing an independent and simultaneous display of four different time zones.
The QUATTROVALVOLE Nardi Edition 49mm case is forged is forged from brushed natural titanium and an inlay of mahogany wood, featuring a single dial with one large anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass. Four small dials edged in blue in tribute to Nardi's colours stand out against the QuattroValvole's dial. The two brands' logos appear at the centre. The screwed case-back with its sapphire glass, provides a view of the MV8802 cog rotor with perlage finishing.
The strap is attached directly to the case without lugs through a special insert and can be equipped either with pin buckle or deployment clasp.
