Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit during this period.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again, as some financial institutions require additional processing time
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is credited

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter.
