This very fine open face ladies pocket watch is crafted in solid 18K gold featuring a double case back. The inner case back is signed Patek Philippe and bears the serial number, the outer case back is meticulously carved with a floral motif, centers an enamel guilloché decoration. 

The white enamel dial bears the long Patelk Philippe signature and has Arabic numeral indexes with an outer Red 5 minute track, the Church Tower hands are perfectly matching and fully intact.

The time can simply be set with the crown at 12 by pressing the lever at 11 o'clock.

Even after more than 120 years the dial is only shows very moderate signs of wear.
